Please Note that Medieval World can only offer presentations in the daytime during weekends or school holidays. Evening presentations are available at any time.
Medieval World exists to provide youth groups, Scouts, Guides, Societies, Family History Groups, Women's Institutes, Rotary Clubs, Round Tables, Inner Wheels and the like with a "hands on" interesting and informative presentation on a wide variety of historical subjects.

By accepting the quote given, whether verbally or in writing, the Booker agrees to:
Pay the agreed fee.
Make payment at the time of the presentation unless otherwise agreed.
If the Booker cancels, postpones or otherwise refuses or declines the presentation at any time before the Presenter has left Medieval World there will be no fee or costs to pay.
If the Booker cancels, postpones or otherwise refuses or declines the presentation after the Presenter has left Medieval World, the Booker will be required to pay the travelling fee and any other associated costs.
The Booker is responsible for ensuring that the Venue meets all statutory and legal requirements and is fit for purpose.
Medieval World is responsible for ensuring that there is appropriate and valid public liability insurance in place.
Medieval World is responsible for ensuring that there are appropriate and valid Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work in place.
Living History is recognised as being an excellent method of bringing the past to life.
Our presenter is an adult education teacher of many years' experience and holds Enhanced CRB clearance. Medieval World is on the Norfolk and Suffolk Museums approved list of costumed interpreters and is approved by, and listed in the Year Books of, the Norfolk Women's Institutes and the Suffolk Women's Institutes.
