Our presenter will provide a talk about life on the Home Front and the life and times of a Lancaster Bomb Aimer. He will describe things like the Blackout, evacuation, rationing, ID cards and what it was like to be a member of the crew of a Lancaster bomber.
He will be in authentic uniform and tell of his life, rationing, evacuation, the life of a member of aircrew and what it was like to fly operational missions in a Lancaster bomber.
The talk will be illustrated items of the period and static display.

Our sessions are based on the National Curriculum and can last from one hour to half a day to a full day, depending on your requirements. Please contact Medieval World for a price. You will be pleasantly surprised as it is very affordable!
